Hi! I’m Siham

I’m a mom of three, coffee-lover, writer and stroke survivor, who lives in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa.

In my constant pursuit of a healthier life, I embarked on a journey to clean up my eating, lose weight, get fit; and most importantly, to make this a permanent lifestyle change. I have tried and failed many times before, but decided that I wanted to succeed this time and I wanted to be consistent and finally achieve my health goals.

I don’t follow keto or paleo or any diet that restricts carbs. I’m just going back to basics, eating from all food groups with the help of my personal trainer.

I have lost 8.2kg in 50 days with basic clean eating and regular exercise.
